I go to sleep around 12am and wake up at 6am like clockwork. I'm not sure why 6am but if I go to sleep at 10pm, 12am, or even 3am I'm up at 6am. No alarm clock, no noise, just BAM I'm awake. I then fuck around on the internet and eat some breakfast and then work and I'm done by 1pm at the latest. It's insane because no matter how I try I can't even sleep in. At least I don't have insomnia.

really only get anything done from about midnight til 6 am, if I try to lie down and sleep before 6 am I end up tossing and turning for hours and get up again
sleep until noon at the earliest, but most often sleep until 1 or even 2 in the afternoon
