Sexsearch.com didnt pay adspots
I hate this kind of things but certainly this is the way to done things after beeing completly ignored by them.

this all started 4 september when i was approached by a guy called Michael Mathews from Sexsearch.com by icq asking if we had adspots available.
We discussed prices and adspots places and agreed on it. We discussed payment options and they only pay prepay deals via check, we agreed on it.
I then asked him when he think payment will be made, he said it would take 10 days and we could run the ads from that date(14 september). the invoice was made and sent same day 4 september.
On 13 september i contacted him to give the codes for the ads, wich he sent me.
He asked me if i've received the check, i said not yet, it usually takes 7/8 days to get here. This same day i get an email with an document Sex Search Insertion Order to be signed and send to them, and only then they would finish processing the deal. This was done next day (14 september).
On the 14 we put the ads online.
On 17 september he asked me that he needed some refs, and asks me if i worked with avnads or etology i answered him, and asked why this question, he didnt replied.
On 2 october i contact him and ask him if he knew the check had been issued, he said "should be there any day". so i wait more.
On 8 october i contact him again, said that we still hadnt received it yet, and if he new when it was issued. Did he answer you? me neither.
10 October i try to contact him, he ignores me. since i didnt had any answer from him, i send an email to Kristy, the one that sent me the Sex Search Insertion Order, saying we didnt received the check and if she had some news regarding this issue, we are on 16 October still didnt have received reply.
12 October still ignores me.
14 october the ads are no more online, this was one month deal. and althoug we werent having feedback regarding payment, we kept our part of the deal.
15 October still ignores me.
16 October, ive been forced to make this post as the lack of reply from him/them.
