has anyone tried using these overseas PHP programmers?
Whare are the horror stories about using these overseas php programmers that claim they will give u a full-time programmer for $900-$1500/month. Anyone use them & any good qualified companies u can reccomend

I've got em all day and have been using em for about 8 months as im living on location with them. I live in Iasi, Romania and its where both Microsoft and Amazon.com recruit, hell, Amazon lives on the block right down the street, and as far as them costing that much, yeah five months aga they did, but their prices are rising fast....

Yeah I have one from Belaruse who does his work faster, cheaper and better than anyone from the Western World I've ever tried using. He fucking rocks.

I've had nothing but bad luck when we're tried to farm out jobs using rentacoder
or similar sites. I've come to the conclusion that it costs much less in the long run to get the job done and get it done quickly by paying a qualified programmer the rates that a qualified programmer charges. That's a lot better than spending a month dicking around with someone on rentacoder who does a half ass job at best, then having to hire someone good in the end anyway.
