The process to obtain work permits and/or become a citizen needs to be streamilined so it's not such a nightmare. This is the root of the problem. Make it easier for people and you'll see more compliance.

People say government signs shouldnt be in spanish. My mother-in-law gave my wife some old family keepsakes. We have a very old photograph of my wifes great grandparents wedding portrait from the late 1800's,they were part of the wave of german immigrants. Now here is the kicker, Mom brings the marriage license. They were married in the USA in the state of WI this is a state document.
