That's basically the alpha version of HeroMachine. I've been using the beta version for about a year. It's a great program to make pages like the following:
1) Shadow Avenger 2) Captain Blue 3) Captain Phantom 4) Doc Spider 5) Mr. Bones 6) Who Is Night Bard?  |

Yeah, it's pretty damn fun, but I wish they had more options open. Maybe an attribute to increase bust-size on the females...
