Creatine makes me crazy!
What the hell is this white powder. I doubled up my workout sets to with not much effort using this stuff.

I use creatine ethyl esther before and after workouts but I can't say that it had any effect at all for sure.

how long is powder creatine good for?.......I've had one bucket almost full which I haven't used ever since 2001....It doesn't have any exp date market .....bought it at bally total fitness..........

You also need to cycle it, first time I took creatine I gained 4kg weight in 2 weeks just because of the added water, I also gained ~5% in my overall max strength it seemed. That was a couple of years ago though, now I've gained even more wight (bad weight) ^^

Probably more psychological than the actual creatine. Creatine increases the muscle recovery and water retention.

the only thing creatine does, to the best of my knowledge, is help you add mass when you're stuck at a certain weight. I took it in my serious weightlifting days looooong ago and I've been a fat boy ever since. It changed my metabolism permanently, or maybe the change just occurred while I was taking it.
