Hi Mutt, thanks for the welcome. I've been hearing quite a bit about the helpful folks such as yourself on this board through Jay-Rock.
In Texas, we have stellar talent, but as I'm sure you are aware, there is a conservative atmosphere here, especially in Houston. Dallas and Austin are actually worlds apart from Houston, but still a far cry from say LA or Tampa (or Prague). So to find someone in Houston, there's a good chance that person has not been exposed yet she could have that "look" that is sure to be a hit. But there lies the trade-off, finding the right talent in adequate numbers is difficult, but it is raw-undiscovered talent. That's why I mix it up a bit, undiscovered Texas hotties mixed in with accessible Cali and Czech girls and you can't go wrong.

Yeah, your girl's cute as a button.
How about Joey and her friend?    I shot these 2 girls in early 2006, both 18 yo at the time. I don't think they have shot anywhere else prior or since, but I also never thought to get them much exposure during this either. But while we are all on the subject of finding hot, fresh talent, I thought I'd toss these girls out there and see whacha think? -Paco

Great read Mutt. Thanks for the insight. I quickly found out in this business that to be successful you have to be good at a lot of things and recruiting is at the top of the list. They sure dont teach that in art school. LOL.
