i have like 8 different flavors from Trader Joes... just picked up the white pomegranate....very good stuff.

I usually drink 2 to 3 glasses a day. I credit tea for waking up with wood at the age of 29 like i use to at the age of 19 hahahahahahaha

Its hard to say which provides the most as there are several different types of tea and each has its own benefit.

White Teas -High in antioxidants, aids in detoxifying the body, studies show white tea is excellent for skin/complexion reducing fine lines and wrinkles.

Green Tea: Studies show green tea aids in detoxifying the body, regulates your blood sugar, and promotes healthy teeth, skin, and bones.

Black Tea: May assist in lowering cholesterol/Good for the Heart. Medical research suggests black tea promotes healthy teeth, skin and bones.

Oolong Tea: Studies show that drinking Oolong during or after a high-cholesterol meal has been shown to lower the intake of fat content in the blood. Promotes healthy teeth, skin and bones.

Rooibos Tea: High antioxidant content and rich in vitamins and minerals. Caffeine free, may aid in relieving allergies, and great for hair, teeth, skin, and bones.

Herbal Tea: Most are high in vitamin C and rich in antioxidants. The majority are naturally caffeine free.

Pu-Erh Teas- assist in lowering cholesterol/Good for the Heart. Reputed as a "diet" tea since studies show it aids your body to digest fat and saturated oils.

Mate Tea: This tea serves as a great appetite suppressant rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and wonderful diet tea. Reports suggest Maté will keep you going longer than just caffeine, without the crash associated with drinking coffee or soft drinks.

I keep several types at my house and have replaced my ritual coffee drinking with tea . If you are interested in trying different types may I suggest visiting http://www.teavana.com, they have a great selection and good information about the health benefits

here is my new creation for hot green tea and it rocks: while steeping the green tea bag, also add in one of Martinelli's mulling spice bags (used to make cider in a hot cup of apple juice). i just took green tea to a whole nother level.

I am a tea whore; well I have assorted coffee beans as well but nowhere the variety as I do of loose leaf teas and tea bags (non of the liptons saw dust for me). I keep them all seperated by these kick ass stainless steel containers I bought online.

I must have at least twenty different green, white, and oolong teas. Then a good assortment of black teas like Earl grey, english breakfast, so forth. (all of the above are typically loose leaf). Then I have a good amount of different herbal tea's. I really like the raspbery and rosehip, or the lemon the best there.

I seem to go damn crazy when I go to a good tea place that sells tea. Otherwise for online shopping stashtea.com is my dealer of choice.

There's a Tibetan restaurant in the Red Light District of Amsterdam that makes the most unbelievable tea. They serve it in a little bowl with a lid to strain the stuff, and when you look at the ingredients I swear it looks like what I have in my potpourri bowl. I forgot to bring some of that home, but I did remember some happy tea from a "smart" shop.

here 's a good one...it's called a 'London Fog': instead of water, heat some milk up over the stove to steaming, but not boiling. add a couple bags of earl grey and steep for the regular time. once you take out the tea, throw in a tablespoon or two of vanilla syrup.

also, just ask for it at starbucks if you don't keep vanilla syrup stocked at home. it's my favorite drink (non-alcoholic) hands down.
