Its hard to say which provides the most as there are several different types of tea and each has its own benefit.

White Teas -High in antioxidants, aids in detoxifying the body, studies show white tea is excellent for skin/complexion reducing fine lines and wrinkles.

Green Tea: Studies show green tea aids in detoxifying the body, regulates your blood sugar, and promotes healthy teeth, skin, and bones.

Pu-Erh Teas- assist in lowering cholesterol/Good for the Heart. Reputed as a "diet" tea since studies show it aids your body to digest fat and saturated oils.

Mate Tea: This tea serves as a great appetite suppressant rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and wonderful diet tea. Reports suggest Maté will keep you going longer than just caffeine, without the crash associated with drinking coffee or soft drinks.
