I do have one question for you though. How do you guys pay on webmaster referrals. Is it %5 %10 or a one time payout? It doesn't say anything about it on your site.

Probably because he makes good money with them and has a close relationship with the owners of the program. He probably has a few of their reps in his ICQ friend list and keeps in contact on a daily basis. That tends to happen when you get entrenched in the biz and start pulling down 4 digits or more a month with one sponsor.
