Mainstream Sales Software?
Does anyone have any experience in mainstream sales software?
I am looking to a good program to manages leads and potential customers, provide follow up emails/phone call reminders for potential and old customers, track sales, etc etc I saw prophet at http://www.avidian.com/ and it looks pretty cool. Anyone have experience with something similar? a great feature would be an overall client tracker that could be shared between all the sales reps so they dont go after another persons client unknowingly |

Here are some options You can use SugarCRM paid edition or you can also try the Open Source Version. You can also try kayako.com they have a nice system. And you might want to look at Salesforce.com, I would say they are the largest on the net and have the most relationships. The only thing bad I can say about this is the cost is high.
