HELP: quickbooks invoice importing and other quickbooks work needed
Hi,
Does anyone here have experience with importing invoices into quickbooks? moreover making it work with the invoice emailing service that quickbooks provides. I need to be able to enter a few different services/products into quickbooks with certain costs per month. It then needs to be able to automatically pro-rate the price of the service based on when I import these invoices. For example if I charge $30/month for a service and they start their service on the 17th of the month, I need to know where to go into quickbooks to enter the standard $30 cost and for it to know that it should pro-rate the amount that should be shown on the invoice (should be $13-14) based on the number of days that are left in the month (28/30/31) |
