Hi,

Does anyone here have experience with importing invoices into quickbooks? moreover making it work with the invoice emailing service that quickbooks provides.

I need to be able to enter a few different services/products into quickbooks with certain costs per month. It then needs to be able to automatically pro-rate the price of the service based on when I import these invoices.

For example if I charge $30/month for a service and they start their service on the 17th of the month, I need to know where to go into quickbooks to enter the standard $30 cost and for it to know that it should pro-rate the amount that should be shown on the invoice (should be $13-14) based on the number of days that are left in the month (28/30/31)
