I guess it all depends on how people count there hits
conversions really don't mean much.
Its all about your bottom Line and how much you make at the end of the day.

We used to run quite a few of those amateur cam sites back in the day... we kept the #1 spot on all those toplists you participate in.. along with some of our own. the cam sites made decent money (5-20k a month per site)... but nothin to write home about.

Problem with them is that you are limited because you will always have to personally keep your members happy... which *will* keep you from expanding.

i'll add at least 30% to your bottom line right here.
1) add a vip area for another 20 bucks a month
2) add a 9.95 5 day trial
3) dont waste your exits on all those toplists.. topcams is good.. was really good back in the day.... but traffic has dwindled.. suncams is pretty good.. all those others are shit.. you'll make more by promoting other *kinds* of paysites.. (what.. did you think that just cause somebody came to your site that they were 100% focused on amateur?) a lot of them were looking for blondes, anal, whatever.. a good console (including quickbuck & conversioncash sites) will add signinficantly to your bottom line.
4) Get some more shit about your boyfriend on there.. chicks like straight amateur porn too.. and so do closet gays.

Thats all the wisdom i'm gonna dole out for now... but let me promise you one thing.... *I'M RIGHT*.. and i know it from experience of running cam sites. Dont ask.. just do that shit & you'll make more money.

those are some good points hooper. i have only been doing this for about 8 months and already have 1k members. i run my site, im the webmaster and model. im in control of it, i think that is going to be my advantage big time. once i get the traffic and marketing thing figured out i hope to be up ther with carol cox and wifeysworld.com they both have over 13k members.

I can tell you right now that Wifey has WAY more than 13,000 members. I can't speak with the same authority on CArol, but I'm guessing she does too . . . and she makes much more money with the other programs that have spun from her original site.
