sly, im talking about overall average conversions. Like if you look at the end of the month numbers type conversions. I have one person that sent me 5 hits and they converted one. Big fucking deal. Im talking about overall numbers, all traffic combined! If someone wants to tell me that all of there traffic combined comes out to 1:50, then I have the right to say bullshit.

I can totally understand numbers that are around 1:200-1:300. Those are amazing overall numbers. those I know can be done becaue I myself am doing those as well.

Thank god there are sites that are doing better than mine. That gives me something to shoot towards.

Sites with interaction do best for rebills. I am a cam girl, I have it on 24 hrs a day with sound and chat. Guys get glued to my site and I keep them. its as simple as that.

I feel for some reason that I need to defend myself. I didnt mean for this to be a bash session. I simply feel that people telling that they are converting overall traffic per month at a rate of 1:50 is hard to buy.

Now I could hype my site up like others and tell you stories to get you on my referal program. I will just tell you straight up what my numbers are and I will deliver. That is the best way to market I feel. If you think Im wrong then thats cool. You have that right.

those are from july, this month is incredibly slow, tho, like 1:220 as of today, really sucking, my worst month ever. But as you can see, it's possible. And btw, with TGP traffic. (No, I won't say which TGP nor how or what to promote)

I never said that 1:220 is impossible. Im doing that easy when I have a trial. Here it is, I had some guy tell me that he was converting 1:50 on a 24.95 membership. This was his so called normal everyday type traffic. Many others have told me this as well. It must be because I have tits and ass that makes them think Im going to buy there bullshit.

It's very easy to get the surfer to shell out their $5, and I have often done 1:75 or so on trials like these.

The site itself doesn't even matter for small amount trials. I can sell shitonastick.com at 1:75 for trials.

Well that's ok I guess, but the surfer will exit quickly as soon as they see the site is no good. In fact even if it is a good site the surfer will feel the grass is greener elsewhere next time. It's just human nature to seek novelty.

I am amazed that sites are not hitting the surfer constantly with change and updates, or at least the illusion of that. The difference between 10% rebills and 30% would be worth a few design changes. The measure of a site is always retention and rebills.

I will get then on the phone while you and I are on there. Have them look up my stats so we know the real truth. I dont know of many others out there that would be willing to do something like this.

I convert at an overall average of 1:380 without a trial
with a trial better than 1:200. at an average of 32.00

My problem is that im ony getting at the most 5k hits a day.

A retention of 10% is very low. Unless the paysite really sucks or you over sell what the site can deliver, you probably should be seeing somewhere between %30-40% trials retaining.

There have been password lists posted on this board before, from time to time, with hundreds of paysites, and some of them reasonably well known sites, and for the most part they sucked. One site is pretty much the same as the others. I understand low retention and chargebacks. What I don't understand is how they manage to stay online, and in fact most don't. In the six years I have been in this business there are only a few sites, that I am aware of, that are still around from six years ago. There are only a few really good paysites and they are very well known by any that have been around for a few years. As for conversions no one sustains 1:25, this is an occasional event and I cannot be convinced otherwise, so no need to try. Desirae is correct it is basically bull shit.

I don't agree erotica has been around since 96 and many of our other sites and it does real well some even do 1/25 with it easy.

I realize there are exceptions to every rule, but we will never be (no offense intended) on a level where we would be such close friends that I would pretty much know your business inside and out.
