on the subject of Dnjournal - it is interesting to note that the editor manually verifies all the sales reports and requires proof- it is a great site to estimate the value of your own domains for that reason. also, DNj only reports the sales of undeveloped domains, so there is no confusion with the sale amounts of developed sites/businesses. a good example was the sale of freecreditcheck.com which was noted but not listed since it was a developed site.
