She may already be a member, but you might want to tell her to take a look at Digital Point. I used to pick up a TON of mainstream writing jobs there...

Also possibly looking for some data site text if she can write specific state text and about *state females* etc for seo purposes.

She doesn't follow sports, no. She could easily write about sports, but if she had to follow some team or watch games, you would probably be much better off finding a fan to write for you.
