How often do you have withdrawl errors with Epassporte?

"Due to system maintenance we are unable to process bank account transactions at this time. Please try again later.

For more information please Contact Us directly. "

or, the other one I see is just simply "FAILURE"

then there's the one about "...an error connecting to my bank"

We know they don't actually ever connect to my bank or anyone elses. They send funds to another US Bank and company which then subsequently disburses funds to our banks.

I was a good boy and emailed using the contact link but after two days have no response... and after two days retrying multiple times to withdraw funds, no success yet. Interestingly enough, I think if I'm not mistaken I've gotten all three of these errors this week. Over the course of the year I'm accustomed to seeing these messages randomly and once or twice a month simply wait and retry the next day.

What's your experience with Epassporte withdrawing funds and getting these messages?

Brad

Plus holding cash to show more cash earnings at the end of the quarter is always a move by companies, Ebay, AOL, most of the big ones pull some bullshit on months following the end of quarters to show more money to stock holders

I get occasional errors but found it usually works again within a day. I have been getting the same series of bank withdrawl errors/messages since I tried 3 days ago. Michael told me a few days ago they are doing work on their ACH processor. I got an email back from support last night saying they have no estimated time of it working again.

I get the failure notice a few times. I wait and do it again later and it works. I'm used to it by now.

Clearly they should be dealing with WTS then!

We are aware that there have been some problems lately when withdrawing to bank accounts and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
We are taking steps to prevent this is the future.

Would it not be a more accurate statement to say that Epassporte is currently unable to wire funds from it's offshore banking to the 3rd party company in the states that does ACH distribution for them? I'm just trying to understand the severity of the problem.

Using ePassporte since 2005. and I only got that message at ATMs maybe 2 or 3 times. It was not that big problem for me coz electron card worked fantastic the next day.

Hi Michael, can you give us any idea as to when we can expect withdrawls to bank accounts will be working again?

I hope to hell they're working. Despite days of "FAILURE" results, I managed to make two transfers this week. I guess I'll find out next week.

It takes them about two weeks to reply to messages sent that way.

The reply will be something on the order of "Looks like this was fixed last week, please contact us again if not."

I have repeatedly asked Micheal O why the contact queue is two weeks long and what, if anything, Epassporte plans to do about it. He has not answered. We are left to assume that Epassporte is content with that level of disservice.

Brad
No that would be a false statement, the problem with withdrawing is caused by our ACH processor experiencing technical problems as I wrote above we are taking the necessary steps to prevent this from happening in the future.

Any progress on fixing the two-week "contact us" email queue?

(Yes, I know and appreciate that you take care of GFY-ers so we don't languish in that queue. The existence of the two-week queue is troubling for other reasons, hence my interest.)
