Change that background as fast as you can. It's ugly, and it clashes with the buttons horribly. I don't like the site design much, but the easiest thing to fix is that background.

Also... a "strait" is a narrows in the water. You probably mean "straight". However, 99% of porn is straight porn, including all but one of your other buttons, so what is the point of including it.

Overall, I'd say it needs work.

I would add a small header or something above or below each of the bigger pics you have on the left. You also may want to throw some sales pitch text in there somewhere.

Split that up into like four pages -- 294 images takes a while to load even on broadband.
