It wasn't a test shoot, it was a layout for a magazine. The images were published just as they were supposed to be. I was assigned as the photographer and she was the model delivered to me. Whether or not she got cash was an arrangement via the magazine.

Anyways, my point is -- if Alison is now being 'added' to your site... without her getting a penny from you... I have issues with this. Is it even legal to have nudes of a model shot without payment? And until someone pointed out your site a few weeks ago -- I had to throw up a little...

Thanks for your comments Rob. If you have issues with what your former girlfriend is getting paid, perhaps you should pay her more yourself. I love the apartment she had here in Phoenix while you were livin large up on the mountain. Again, as I said, I was the assigned photographer and her compensation arrangements were via the magazine, not through me. If she was unhappy with the arrangement, she certainly was not forced to accept it. Also, her signed model release obviously gave me permission to utilize the shots and she was advised of their potential placement the day of the shoot (its very plain on the release). Alison is not nude on my site. I am surprised you don't know this. I have also offered to have paid shoots with her, but unfortunately, your stranglehold on her is a little too tight yet strangely enough as far as I am aware does not include a contract.

We compensate our models very well and it is surprising that you would make such a blanket statement when you surely don't have your facts straight.

As far as throwing up, you should watch your diet... gag-reflux can be very debilatating.

Please take your little Napoleon act and play it somewhere else. Copying? Do you feign to believe that I copied you? Are you kidding? Do you think it would take me more than 5 minutes to show to you at least 50 other sites that understand the coverpage look is very pleasing and promotes well? Have you ever noticed that right on the cover of many major print magazines they utilize a combination of volume, issue, chapter, episode, etc? BTW, if you want to talk about copying, I believe ALSScan would like a lot of their style and ideas back from your early and current work. I also believe that Petter Hegre has been doing coverpages for years.. perhaps you borrowed the idea from him? Wait, I have seen Dean Capture using coverpages at CyberAge.com... did he get the idea from you also?

Make no mistake, we have enjoyed your work. You have been a positive influence in the adult industry. Our work and our style has been affected to a small degree by what you do. But I could also provide that type of statement to 5 photographers at Playboy, David Mecey, Petter Hegre, Ken Marcus, Craig Morey, Dean Capture and many others. Please don't get too torn up that you aren't the only person we find interesting.
