Why do all Gatorade labels say to 'Shake Well'?

It makes absolutely no difference at all..

I understand with certain things.. like orange juice and such.. but a Gatorade?

Because when u shake it, it sends a signal to the "Gatorade" satellite. It sends eveything, location, temperature, weather..

It's just statistics.. Like the bar code scanner in grocery stores.

Gatorade contains Brominated vegetable oil which can settle and requires shaking to evenly disperse the flavoring of the product.

It tastes nasty even when you DO shake it! But nothin's better for a hangover than a few litres of Gatorade, a joint, Vitamin B12 and grapeseed extract. Best thing to do is drink a little throughout the night of drinking.. Better to prevent dehydration than to try to rehydrate after the fact..

If it's a week: you are right..shaking doesnt make a difference
ingedrents are still mixed.

After 1 year.. whole different ball game..

Ingredients really seperate in anything.. try leaving
a bottle of coke for 12 months..
