I have drank beer(at least 12 sometimes 45 a day) religiously for over 15 years on a daily basis like this and smoked more ciggs than I care to count at least a pack a day(sometimes four)I smoke pot ,and sometimes hit the bottle hard with Jack or Jim.

What do you think will happen to my poor Liver???

Not swimming as much as I used to I think my lung capacity has diminished quite a bit just wading up to my neck is giving me problems breathing!

Don't you get depressed drinking that much? I recently quit (again) because I can't take the depression anymore, mostly brought on by shame of the antics I get up to in the local community while hammered. Last time I drank I went to a local car show and stayed in the beer tent from noon till 1 AM, making a fool of myself in front of everyone. I don't remember everything, but I think they even cut me off because I was such a mess.

Been sleeping till noon everyday this week. Anyone got any quick solutions for depression that doesn't involve pills?
