I am considering your Dual DC's plan, 100 gig BW just won't cut it though and 0,80 per gig overage is very expensive. I need to look into things more, you are definatley on the list though.

the .80 is if you do not prepay, prepaid is a lot cheaper: http://gotwebhost.com/prepaidbandwidth.html

If you got a plan that came with 100, and you needed 200 the additional would be about .30/gig
