Bastion i use 4 out of the 5 quite heavily, and my rankings would be

sexyavs.com - $20 isnt to bad

+ 2nd best conversion rate
nakedpass.com - best conversion of the 4 for me + webmaster program the best
sexkey.com - still get signups from sites i made 2-3 years ago.. that i dont promote.. conversions arent as good as sexyavs / nakedpass
freenetpass.com - not all that impressed with these days.. conversions are horrible at times

hmm hey my top 2 are the same as yours Chris.... and i have no involvment at all with the two AVS companies..
