Why would you do that? Blue cheese is a creamy mold sauce, and then to top fryed sweet cookie with it.......that's too much.

That definitely sounds like some sort of gourmet stoner food.
Around 10 years ago one of my friends discovered wrapping a slice of swiss cheese around a Reese stick. It was actually very good, you should try it.
