Anyone use stand alone Skype phones? - GoFuckYourself.com

I am going to Aruba for a couple of weeks and thinking of getting a Skype phone to use there. The place where I am staying at has Wifi. I don't plan sitting inside much so using Skype software by itself is a backup option. So far I have found these:

I don't use Skype at home much other than making a call once in a while to some bumfucknowhere destination.

i use one made by Belkin. works good, the downside is that you don't get Skype text messages, you don't even get notified

and i don't know what happens when you have access points where you have to buy some credits first - cause the phone has no internet browser or something like that
