I prefere gatoraid over water.
then just use some over the counter meds like thera flu to help with the symptoms and keep you sleepy or sleeping.

ugh man i got the flu too... throat is killin me, nose is stuffy & runny at the same time... hacking up tons of mucus... body is so achy & tired + its either way too hot or way too cold

been suffering since about thursday... i think its starting to get a little better now

all i do is take the daytime cold medicine, it helps a little

Im telling you get the thera flu powder to make a hot drink out of. Lemon and honey flavor is best btw.

The taste is a wee bit foul as all medicines, so I suggest mixing it with a little less hot water than listed.

Even just hot tea helps. I usually get one that has a lot of antioxidants in it just because it helps to prevent future sickness too. The best is to catch it as soon as you feel the crud coming on, airborne the shit out of it and throw in some vitamin C, should just blow by you.

I agree with Brother Bilo. Drink some White Tea or Green and White Tea blend. It can help you get better faster and you will get sick less. I haven't been sick once since I started drinking white and green tea daily over 10 years ago. I still get allergies sometimes, but nothing viral or bacterial.

Definately. Try tea-tree, mint or menthol on your chest for easier breathing. Fluids. Feed a fever, starve a cold... so eat. Chicken soup. I like spicy shit when I'm sick too... always seems to perk me up.
