www.autobloggerpro.com

It's a great program. The truth is you could find plug ins to do most of the things it does... but, not in a cohesive package with a great and efficient work flow like it has. Making all of the plug ins work together the way ABP does would be hard.

Plus, when you get a one on one support session with Edgeprod it really kicks the program into high gear.

When you see someone refer something with that kind of price tag with no affiliate program you know it must be good.

Here's the deal, I'll give you 4 tips that should turn things around for you
  1. Focus on getting backlinks for your blog. No matter if you have 80 posts or 8,000 posts, if you don't have relevant backlinks to your blog (by categories if possible) you will not have much success. Once you have enough backlinks you end up in a trusted zone with google and it will update you more often and with higher rankings. Do a board search for blog directories, ping, and trackbacks. Also, simple link trades help.

  2. Increase your catagories, niches and etc. Long tail keywords is what will keep the money flowing. With 80 categories I can virtually assure you you aren't hitting enough of them to make it worth your while.

  3. Speed up your post making by doing two things:

    • Write posts in a conversational style. Write them as you would say them. don't overthink it. Don't try to sell hard, write them as you are talking to the person. For instance, if you have a fetish set from a fetish site you are promoting the first thing you may think is, "I bet this woman is sweating like a pig under all that latex. She's hot though, I'd love to pin some clips on those nipples! Click here to see her scream with pleasure after the electricity is turned on!" It's more important for them to be relevant and personal than it is for them to be long.

    • If you are hosting the content make sure you arrange it beforehand. That way the workflow goes much faster. Organization is key with blogs

  4. If blog writing just isn't your strong point, don't be afraid to pull morphing feeds. There's plenty of sponsors that have them and as Jace said they do work well. I do them on some blogs myself. My main blogs are hand written for two reasons, I can talk about a bunch of stuff that porn feeds never do and keep it entertaining which also pulls more SE clicks and gets links from other places because guys & girls talk about it and pass some of the links around the web. Also, I like to write if you haven't noticed. ;)

If you do everything I just said you will see it turn around. I'm sure Jace can add a few things.

If you don't do anything else, make sure you work on your backlinks on the main blog. That should at least make you a few sales a month for the next 5 years.

Thanks for the tips, PornWolf. Some very good info you're sharing there.

Hi. As you can see I don't post much on GFY because I like to read :) About 80 posts in 5 years on GFY, and I am visiting GFY every day :)

So, I have one question and as I can see there is many many pro bloggers here and maybe someone will help me :)

It's about blog network linking... For example, I am doing 5 niches and have a network of 20 blogs, and for example 1 niche - 3 blogs (like 3 blogs hardcore, 3 blogs teen, ... so 5 niches = 15 blogs) and the rest 5 blogs are general (all niches) blogs...

So for this example, what would you recomend me for linking all the blogs in the network?

Putting all the blogs in the blogroll? Or linking the keywords in the posts to the other blogs? How to link for example teen blog with shemale blog and have good results in search engines with that? And so on...

I know you have the knowledge in this matter, but I hope someone have time and good will to share that knowledge with me and the others willing to learn something :)

Thank you in advance

maxjohan 08-29-2007 07:52 AM

Deserves a bump.. very good thread..

:thumbsup

Pornwolf 08-29-2007 07:53 AM

This is why I miss Jayeff. He taught me the art of cross linking many years ago.
That guy was really a wonderful source of info.

I think before I or anyone else answers this question we would first need to know if the blogs are on separate domains. Do you have separate IP's? How old are the domains and if you have multiple niches, which blog is ranked the highest in each niche?

Let me note, there's a few right answers for this. Some will do it differently than others since there's a complex way to do it, an extra careful way to do it and other ways. It's up to the individual.

Hi PornWolf, and thank you for your interest...

First, this was hypothetical question. What I am doing now are tgp/mgp network and I don't have any single blog yet :) But I am planning to start a blog network and I want to do it right from the start. That's why I am asking this.

About IPs and domains. I have about 15 old and unused domains with solid names but without any SEO value. What I am planning to do is to open every new blog on separate domain, with different IP. But the problem is that I am not sure I can have many different C class IPs. All IPs will be different but maybe on only 2 C classes. I know it would be good to have diff C classes but it's pretty difficult for me to accomplish that. Spreading like 100 blogs on 100 hostings would be real nightmare for me. So I'll focus on better keyword linking of the blogs instead of better IP plan.

Also, one question about domains... Registering like 100 domains with all the same info is not good right? Search Engines count those details like domain infos, contacts, DNSes, and so?

Once again, the whole thing here is hypothetical, for better understanding and for better start...

Thanx

Absolutely. That's what this is all about.

Every step will be documented.

I think the reason more folks don't post their blogs for critique is because it's too easy for others to scrape their feeds. That would be a real problem for sure.

On the new batch I'm not worried about that. This is for everyone to see. You will understand why soon enough.

PornMySex 09-03-2007 08:19 AM

I'm working full time in the adult business but have some free time. So i just decided to make 10 webcam blogs.

I just bought the domains and installed linkex. I'm gonna install wordpress today. I will promote about 10 webcams and adult dating sites.

My goal is to reach 200 bucks at the end of september.

I will let you know.

I just installed autoblogger pro SA, and I'm not sure if I like it. It seems to be offering a ridiciolous small amount of option for 300$. Or maybe I just don't know how to use it properly. It grabs all feeds, posts ALL entrys to my blog...rewriting doesn't work (do I have to put " " around every word?) . Nothing is shuffled ..and does that thing ping a hundred times my ping services..with no proxy support? WTF...?!

What I do like is the menu. It's very simple and easy to navigate. Bur for 300$, I'm dissapointed. Or I just have to find out how to use it. Is there a manual somewhere?

Nicky 09-04-2007 08:31 AM

bump for questions above, I haven't bought ABPSA yet but will soon, good to know as much as possible about it :)

Why not buy a Spinner Auto Pro licence ;)

I am interested in this too...
Is there a possibility for 'relink engine' to make random links from the phrases?

And is there a manual somewhere? :)

Thanx

Zuss 09-04-2007 12:18 PM

Doesn't seem to be possible. You can add a text, and your link. That's it. You can't do any random thing if my first impression is right. Everything seems to be very basic.

TubeSubmitters 09-04-2007 12:32 PM

Autobloggerpro is very buggy if you have a lot of feeds... waste of $300 if you ask me. I use over 300 feeds on less than 100 blogs and it's giving me a lot of problems, doublepostings, abp hangs, etc etc... Wish there were more settings, who wants 5000 posts from all feeds entered into a new blog instantly, should be possible to limit that and many other things.

Zuss 09-04-2007 01:32 PM

Guess I fell for the hype then. :(

WallaceW 09-04-2007 03:22 PM

I have one more question about blogs and pinging...

Somebody asked why feature like PING in AutoBlogger Pro when there is no proxy support. This is of course waste because ABP run from the one IP address...

But is it the same as if all the PINGS you make from the wordpress? Because every blog can have different IP all the pings would be done from the diff IPs. Can wordpress ping do the same as AutoBlogger Pro Ping or not? So instead of 100 pings from ABP you do 10 x 10 pings from your actual blogs...

Thanx

gadabout 09-04-2007 08:01 PM

This a good thread. It will be nice to see the results.

BSleazy 09-04-2007 10:18 PM

I've been trying out autoblogger pro and I don't think it's worth the money as is. It might save me a few minutes here and there but it definately needs more options. There are no help docs or anything either so you kind of have to go at it blind. I can see that being a major problem for a lot of people. I mean shit, a lot of people can't even install wordpress(I would know).

They need to make a manual at least and make more options available to people that aren't webmaster pro's. Cron job automation should be one of the first things they need to do.

They need to hit me up for a a list of things that would make that product a real banger. I can do most everything it does now with a couple wp plugins.

Heya. This feature (multiple rewriter) is being added as we speak. We are also adding Linkspinner (multiple relinker)

There are a number of things I have been wanting added to the product.

Now that development has again kicked in you should start seeing them.

Here are the features you should start seeing soon (including the ones above)

Feedspinner - A unique feed (morphed) from any feed source

Linkspinner - Multiple Relinker! Finally

Ghost Writer - A template based unique article/content generator.

KeyFeed - A simple keyword/phrase generated feed using abp's own stored db as a content source.

Article Autoposter (yes the one from the original version updated for abpsa)

Some other things I can't remember now and of course some bug fixes ie the rewriter image rename bug which contrary to what some have said is NOT it's intended behavior :1orglaugh

There are install docs as well as readmes which include some basic stuff. ABP can be set on cron as well. Submit a support ticket and I can give you the instructions.

There are a number of options (power user) which aren't documented as well as they were never put in the ui. That is being fixed as well so add that to the list I just posted.

Some of the power user features already in ABP are random intros, random headers and footers, and a markov engine which will likely be killed with the introduction of the feedspinner feature.

ABPSA does not ping because Wordpress does so it's a bit redundant. Where did you read that it pings? Perhaps you were reading the features from the older version not the Stand Alone version?

There is a post limiter. Within functions.php sigh again another feature that was hidden. All of that will be fixed shortly.

I'll try to get an updated readme file together with all the "power user" features tomorrow as well as include basic cron settings.

Chio 09-05-2007 05:03 PM

Linkspinner is coded and feedspinner is nearly done. I'll do some testing once I have it and if all is well commit the changes within a week or less. (I hope)

The rest of the features I discussed will be up in the air until I can get the new coder up to snuff on everything.
