Does nocheat.com are reliable. Do they pay on time? Anyone has experiance good/bad with them?

why it hapens to me again? I just singned up with them and 404. Well it is free. But I purchased TM3 more then 48 hour ago, and still don't have it installed. No ICQ, no email answers.
How long it takes for them to install it? Does anyone waited more then 2 days? |
