I know its about the principle, this year I have lost once $50 and then $20k+ in first case i moved on obviously asap, even though it made me mad since some guy asked me nicely to do translations to him and then instead of paying me he said "fuck you", in the second case there's not much chance I will get my $20k+ back and taking legal action is out of the question either.... so i need to move on as well

but come on, if you have his addy, real name etc, then what do you want? you gonna sue him from one country to another for $1200? it will cost even more probably and take 2 years lol, thats how the justice system works, not? and it will take all your energy, attention etc

if you know the real name of someone who scamed you, you can also hurt him physically, or break his car or whatever, but that also doesn't really give you the money back

first thing, i was just trying to coordinate with gangbangjoe co's he is in germany atleast he can get justice to his 1200$ he got burned by the guy. becuase the guy is far away from me i can't able to do something bad to him? i was doing this for me as well as the other guys who got scammed by him especially gangbangjoe.. i don't think 1 hour for a week would hurt my business.. i would be happy if those people get what they deserve! i fucking hate scammers/dishonest people so i don't think my crusade against them will stop because i need to move on..

ok my last statement in this thread because im tired of all that shit and i wanna close this case.

i lost about 1.5 because of this asswipe but even if i live "close" to him i will not make any further steps to get back my money.

i could contact my laywer but the possibility of getting my money back gets close to zero.

i got nothing against him. if epass can't get him why should i.
and i really don't want to lose one mor thought/cent/nerve because of this.

the saddest part about this whole thing is that i got scammed because i built up a good relationship with him since we first talked.

i made about 15 transfers with him and everything went fine.

then he dissapeared with 200 dollars of mine for the first time. the story with his car accident followed.

i should have learned my lesson then. But i trusted him again and got fucked over again.
