What do you think they are paying their staff with now that all the big website's have moved to better processors. I doubt if you will ever see that $$ again unless a class action is started against them

The other smart thing they did was get taken over by a bigger company. Now they dont have to try so hard to please, which is evident in the lack of support webmasters get.

This is the latest problem IBILL are having. Rebillings at the moment no one can see any rebills at all.

Rebill Totals
Be advised that rebill totals in the Total Revenue report are currently inaccurate( thats a surprize!!). This is a reporting issue ONLY, rebill transactions have been processed and credited ( i think so, not ). In the meantime, the new Detailed Revenue report will reflect the correct rebill data.
