iBill Next Gen

Over the last year, iBill has been working on a new parallel billing system. I was hoping to announce the new system 60 days from now, but after reading all of the posts over the last few weeks, I don't think we can wait. The new system should provide solid processing, enhanced RevShare features, and improved reporting and account management tools. We have a handful
of clients beta testing it today. If you are interested in becoming a beta, please send me an email with your contact information (name, phone number, email, and URL) to [email protected].

I was considering using I-Bill for my new site, however I've been waiting over a week for an answer to my last email. Lets see, for the past year it seems something is always broken, you've no less than stolen money owed to your clients for Web 900, and now I can't even get a reply when I inquire about signing up, Duh, Yep, I'll help ya beta test the new program...NOT!!!!

Cathy,

I find it unprofessional of a company the size of IBILL to not respond to inquires about unpaid balances.

I think people are more interested in their money than some new system IBILL has developed.

I had passwords hacked and listed on a password site and couldnot get access to the ibill admin panel so i called them for a new password.
But they wanted a fax with a utility bill and personal id . So i went for a new processor.....

Why do I get the feeling I live in an alternate universe from iBill? People complain left, right, and center about ibill and when they say something or do something, it has nothing to do with what people were talking about.

Last year, it was their CMI (or whatever it's called) not working right. People were bitching for weeks and when something finally happened, it was iBill adding a $1 donation to the join page.

This time it's their web900 shafting and they announce new software.

I am lost.

iBill-Cathy if I were you, I'd go apply at one of the other billing companies, cause your not going to find too many people around here that give a shit about your company after they've fucked over so many people. Especially right after spending a ton of $$$'s on a new facility

The problem with giving people from processors hell when they come to the boards, though, is they then don't bother coming back, and right now IBill needs to spend as much time as possible here, listening to the people that are actually making them money. The point FATPad made earlier is on the money, IBill aren't fixing the issues that matter because they're looking the wrong way.

I posted that before I read your post - exactly - they should not come in here announcing this stuff without addressing the REAL BIGGER issues - it is insulting, and it is yet another display of how they are running their business. They need to come here and say and do a hell of a lot more before they are going win back the hearts of those that now feel the way they do about ibill

So you are rolling out a program you still consider in beta. You weren't planning on rolling it out yet, but since Ibill is getting a bad rap, you are rolling it out before it is reason. Can you hear the cries from ppl b/c of MORE problems with you guys. Why not wait till the software is 100% before you release it? Nah, ppl are bitching b/c you owe them shitloads of money overall and your way to ratify it isn't better customer support, isn't more ppl to answer questions, it is offering software that you still consider in beta for mass use. Sounds like a sound company

Hi guys i am new to this board but after reading the crap that Ibill posts here i had to say something. For years now Ibill have had problems, in fact four years ago i was webmaster of a site and almost every week Ibill had a problem which they called growing pains. It was a pain all right a pain for all the webmasters who suffered in silence. Well now we have some good alternative processors Epoch, Globill, CC Bill. Ok they all have faults but not one of them is as bad as IBILL's constant mess. For 6 months now there have been serious problems with their CMI. Oh and Cathy answer me this why didnt you tell your accounts why you software up and refunded members their membership payments even though they never requested them? I was told by one of the customer support staff that this happened for a two hour period This was about 6 months ago. But did IBILL admit it, no way. We have requested info from our manager at IBILL 3 weeks ago by phone and via e-mails so far no answers. So tomorrow we are shutting off IBILL and opening up an account with Epoch. I hope everyone out there dose the same these guys should be closed down before they take anymore of our $$$$$

I use Ibill with my first site and switch after the first 3 months.
After a fucked back end that did not work, they sent me all the complaints to me and I had to fix myself. I spent hours of my time fixing there own fuckups.

What the fuck was I paying 15% for.

All I have to say and I have been saying this all the time about Ibill.

GO FUCK YOURSELF.

and go hire some" REAL FUCKEN PROGRAMERS! " that understand the adult industry because "YOUR SUCK.

Poor ibill - they would be a good company if they cared about customer service, and paid people what was owed - instead of coming up with reasons not to.

Their decision not to pay will cost them much more in the end.

Guess no one has told them they aren't a monopoly.
