Does your girl make you fresh fruit smoothies?
We have been having them almost daily for a long time.
easy way to get in a lot of fruit healthy..and you can add vitamins and supplements to it, if you are a work out person |

I make them for everyone in the family. I like to use frozen bananas, frozen berries, 8-10 ounces of pure apple juice (knudsens preferred) or milk, protein powder, vanilla yogurt...blend, blend, blend.
Now I have to go make me one...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm |

Yes, if "make you" means that she comes with me to the store, tells me I have to buy the ingredients, then makes me put them in the smoothie maker, and bring it to her as she relaxes somewhere .. then yes.
