May I suggest taking pics of your self in shorts once a month to view progress.

I took some from the beginning but not every month, at my weight its really not noticeable until around 70lbs. It sucks someone alittle chunky loses 50 lbs and drops 5 pants sizes, my sizes wont really start to drop until after the first 100.

I once read one of Covert Bailey's,most know him from the health rider commercials.He talks about a study they did having fat people and fit people doing the same tasks.They found fat people were experts of economy of movement.So I wanted to change that.Once I lose at least 75 lbs then I will go from walking to back to the gym.
Im trying very hard to express my feelings more,I tend to swallow them and that leads to overeating for release. Im also taking supplements to boost my serotonin levels, so my cravings have gone down dramatically. Im going to be taking meditation classes to keep centered. I get crazy over stupid shit and I want to change that.
My main motivation is I'm tired of being tired all the time and just dont feel comfortable with myself anymore physically. So its going to be a slow change,I figure it will take about 2.5 yrs. Would rather do that and learn about myself,then lose it quickly and in three yrs Im back where I started.

i was never big, but i gave up on pop and junk food. after a while you wont even crave it and eating more healthy will just be normal.
