				An open letter of AdultWebware.
GFY has become a highly valuable and respected source of dynamic data concerning the ?adult market?. Just like Wall Street journal or Washington Post for the adult news, if you would allow me that comparison. So I?m taking my chance to describe myself in print here now. I?ve been to hospital in total of 2.5 months (due to the cardiac issues ? I would take my right to be under medical anonymity and will describe details no further than that), excluding a short one-week pause. And if AW was a public company, I could have found the stocks prices dramatically lowered after my rehabilitated return. When you are laying in a hospital bed with a dropper enabled into your vain, you have rare chances to think about what happens upon your return ?to the real world?. All you do is sleeping. I?m damn sure that was for the better, because after those procedures you get a crystal cleaner sight to the problems, issues, and to the new ideas to solve these. I have totally overworked myself ? working too much wasn?t good for health ? now I want to live a ?normal? life, doing job I like and taking systematic rest to obviously live myself. I must, just have to admit that AW really have had no luck delivering support to the people who became owners (or it would be better to say ? shareholders) of such a great product, the AdultWebware 5.0 (which I believe really is the one). During the last two years our general concern was to re-develop the engine, create a totally new platform which would allow us to release the brand new, very easy-to-use and handy downloadable products, yet keeping an ability to accept rare projects just to feed ourselves and stay alive. So far we had our doors closed from the public, not available for instant download license agreement, stable features list and other documentation. It is quite understandable that this might have been a reason for many people to hate AdultWebware (AW please, not AWW), express negative feelings upon their customized installs with no description to the templates system, not the overall usage docs ? just because the product was evolving weekly. Just a week ahead and it (the AW) was something new, which required renewed documentations and demos. It was impossible to create those until the product is totally ready. It?s our shame that we have not enabled the dynamic documentation system for public access, and that would be the first thing to do in the nearest future. Doing one hundred percent custom for each and every respected Client during the recent 2 years drove us just 180 degrees backward from our initial destination ? to deliver a highest quality product and the high level services to support it. We did refunds to many completed custom projects, even though it was clear in the specs and initial agreements, that once we take a job, we do it until total completion, with no refunds made at any rate, in any case. Every cent we were paid was used to pay the crew and sometimes refund former projects (not good for any business I must say). The rate of successfully accepted projects was low, yes I must have said that just now. That leaded our team to the debts quickly. I understand that and do apologize for the mistakes I?ve made our team to have. I want to use my chance to recover and have the mistakes fixed in our future attempts to deliver the new products (maybe easier ones for the start) with better support, and better pricing. Most likely, we would try that in co-operation with any other company(ies) which would want to give us their hands of help and support. Possibly, we would evolve to something new. The time will show the best option. If you think you want to collaborate or report about your issues you might be having with your AW installation(s), please do not hesitate to contact awsupport [at] gmail . com I do appreciate your reading and I hope you would give us a chance to become better, complete the simpler-to-use product(s) and deliver better support. I hope, that we will be able to do ourselves better than we did by now. We will try to hurry slowly now (only if you would like to allow us to do so). We should evolve. _ |

				 | At least you are now able to focus on your faults and get your plan and priorities straight. Glad to see you are back on the upswing.
