Just got home a few minutes ago. I picked up my shit at his desired time, yet I still have no money. Not $1250 not $2000 not shit. I gave him the money around the 15th of July and it was through the bank on 7/23/02. He took that money that I gave him on 7/23/02 for shoots and spent it on vacation. That right there in my opinion is shady and I will never do business with a content producer that spends deposit money I give them for shoots on vacation. Please if you are a content provider and you do this please post a warning so that I wont use you. He then approached me several weeks ago that he would need the remaining $3000 before he could start shooting cause he didnt have any cash to pay the models. I did not feel that it was a good business decision to give someone $3000 more dollars when aaron admittedly didnt have the $2000 deposit any longer and he didnt have any shoots done either. At this point we agreed that it was a misunderstanding and agreed to do 1 of 2 things. Have him shoot 4 shoots instead of 10 or return the deposit money. He then took the give me 4 shoots of content route as he said he didnt have the $2000 and it would be easier for him just to do the shoots. When asked when I copuld expect these to be worked on , he said 'soon'. A week later I called to check in on how the shoots were going and he informed me that he wasnt going to do the shoots and that he was just going to give me the deposit back. At that point we discussed some payment plans and it was left that he had 0 money and didnt know when he could give me any. There were then a few others conversations about money, etc. but the same result was I will get it to you when I have it. On Wednesday the 4th , I made another call to Aaron on his business number and was told that 'he didnt wanna discuss this any further' and then was hung up on. I then made the decision to post on a board that I know he reads, I had been given the 'I dunno when I can return your deposit' excuse for several weeks before the original post on the 4th. It was explained in my original post on the matter which was magically deleted after a phone conversation with aaron threatening me to watch my mouth cause he can have that thread deleted whenever he wants to. He chose to have the thread deleted which I think was pretty lame considering it did hold alot of the background info on this issue. I know aaron persoannly as we live fairly close and I have met him for lunch/dinner on several occasions, Iam not just some dude that ordered content out of the blue and this is not a new situation... it has been developing over several months. One long night and a ton of off topic dodge replies by aaron and we got to the point of me 'being able to pick up my equipment' from aarons house at his convenince. I was apparently some flake that didnt really want my equipment back or some shit, it was made clear by aaron that I prolly would show .... whatever. I have had the same intention from post #1 on this issue, I cant say the same for aaron. I simply want my equipment returned and my deposit money returned for I guess what you could call a shoot gone bad. I think that allowing 2 weeks to refund a deposit is plenty of time, and I was even willing to work with a date of sep the 10th )since iam going to shoot the content that was never shot in cali on the morning of the 13th). I was even more than willing to give $750 to aaron for his 'efforts' even though I dont agree and think its pretty shady for a content producer to take $750 for scheduling effort. I went and picked up my shit today at the time I was 'scheduled' for. At the point of me picking up my shit, aaron threatened to sue me if I dont shut the fuck up about this. Well you know what aaron? Suck my big fat cock I could care less about your attorney. You already told me that you have no fuckin money..... how in the hell are you going to hire a lawyer to sue me? Also I have sour news for ya buddy, slander would imply that there were lies being told. As far as I can tell you havent showed proof that ANY of the things I have said are not true. You may have fuckin moderator friends and shit on this board but frankly I dont give a fuck. Iam not going away man........ Now is the time that you start saying 'I never said that' about what we discussed when I picked up my equipment. Go ahead aaron , but even after picking up my equipment I still wanna know where my money is. Dont fuckin tell me its not my business what you spend my depoist money on cause I aint fuckin havin it anymore.
