Clickcash: has anyone had a check bounce?

Not making any accusations of non payment or the like, it looks like they may have just switched banks and closed the old account. The only problem is that I don't recall seeing any notification of this. Has anyone else had issues?

Isn't the worst thing having problems with affiliate programs. When you have waited for the check to come and then. The check bounces. Or better yet the check never shows up. (I have never delt with this specific company. )

Thanks for that. I have already emailed [email protected] so if they don't reply (which in my experience is 99% likely ) I'll sit on my hands and wait for the cheque to actually be returned to me.

One thing the page doesn't make clear is whether they cover dishonour fees.

I had 2 cheques bounce then as well, at the time CC was pretty much my sole income so it was a mad rush to get the cheques returned and reissued. I think I even couriered them, which is pretty desperate because I'm in Australia. These days I can afford to relax and wait...

If you don't get a response, try stacy directly... but all they'll do is send you that URL... that's how I got it...

They never have covered the fees... but then I've never specifically asked either...

In my case the dishonour (at both ends), redeposit and international mailing fees will add up to about $USD50. It's not a huge amount, but it's still a loss that was incurred through no fault of my own. I did mention the fees to them so we'll see what they say...

Got a reply from Stacy and they've offered to cover the bounce fees if I send them a letter from my bank.

I had an old check that I just found and it bounced, but I got the same link Tempest posted from support@clickcash and I've already gotten my replacement check. I've also received more recent checks and haven't had a problem cashing them. Looks like they just changed banks - happens to all of us from time to time, right? - but from my conversation with the support folks, they waited a while between the switch to close down the account to try to allow anyone with old checks to cash them. So it sounds like you've probably got a check that's at least a few months old that you tried to cash?

BTW - for the bounced fees, I had a bonus credited to my check when I got it. I just had to provide them documentation that there were bounced check fees from the bank, which was easy because I got a letter from the bank when they returned the checks that stated what I was billed. ClickCash credited it on the check as well.
