Aug was a record breaking month for me. You need to give the surfers something they cant get anywhere else. My site provides live cam feeds from real amateurs, and i have my own 24 hr live cam in my bedroom. you can find pictures and amateur movies everywhere, those are a dime a dozen. plus, pics are worth about nothing to surfers, thinking about it? you can go anywhere and get as many as you want. there is no reason for them to join a pic site i feel.

it is tough, just be a little dif than everyone else and you will be ok. if you have the same stuff as everyone else, your a gonner! also, dont look at things day by day. look at things monthly or you will lose your marbles!

one thing that didn't get mentioned. I'll share the exprience before getting too deep into webmastering...

Quality of paysites: Let's face it, selling porn is repeat-business at it's best (and worst).

I've paid for dozen or so paysite registrations in the past, but they got fewer and fewer. Why? 85-90% of paysites offer the same _shi*_ as everyone else. You have 50.000 pictures (poorly categorized, varying quality), video feeds, same eZines etc. When you get the feeling "I've seen this before" for 4th time, you'll start thinking whether your pissing your money for nothing.

Innovate, innovate, innovate. It's about time, that we start treating customers as real customers with different needs and desires, rather than "traffic".

Idealistic? Always have been, always made results with my idealism though...

The way you market your site witha deal means everything and offering them $1 trial for a month converts sick.
just ask anyone sending us traffic we convert most traffic 1/95 average.

your saying a 3 day trial for 2.99 does better than a $1 trial for amonth. come over anytime and check out my stats.

30 min trials also kick ass give them a great deal and they will drop there card.
I can prove it put me to the test!

I dont think webmasters will care to much if you convert 1:100 if you only pay 5 bucks per trial
i think they would prefer much better SIC converting at 1:500
paying 35 per trial

thats why I said see how much you make over all the payout doesn't matter it is the conversions.

We have had many exclusive sites and they all retain the same.
Like I have said before there is a reason why we all do the same thing. the surfer just wants to wack off real quik and you had what it took for them to drop the card.

surfers don't know we all have almost the same stuff pussy and tits are all the same some larger or smaller then others.

No one will pay 20, 30 , $40 a month for a website for more than 4 months I don't care what you got. unless they keep forgetting to cancel.

I wish someone could prove me wrong and show me that there average retention is over 4 months doing over at least 100 sales a day.

The only one that I could think of that is real big with CC bill is Sexkey.

It was a a great site with full audio and video
it had all the bells and wistles and it was in the press alot

We also had a ton of amatuers in ther own house.
we did our own processing and had a low scrub.

I talk to all the big companies on a daily base and they all will say the same thing I just did.

Marketing and having a good deal/promo helps to get them to drop there CC
