Today we were at 114 Fahrenheit

Damn, the hot here is unbelievable, 114 Fahrenheit, it is a record for a July 17th, I'm in Sonora, Mexico, some three hours from the border with Az.

We are melting here.

What is the highest temperature ever recorded?
In 1922 the temperature reached 136° Fahrenheit (58° C) in Libya.
Death Valley in California holds the record for the highest temperature in the U.S. at 134° in 1913

Reference: http://geography.about.com/library/f...emperature.htm

Now that's HOT!

Shit, up until this last week, Phoenix was hitting 118 a few days in a row, and then it didn't get much lower. This last week we've had a break at around 108 or 109. Great success!!!
