What percentage would be considered good enough from signup to rebill. Our signup ratios are good but the rebill is shit. Its frustrating trying to figure out if its quality or quantity of content or neither. How can we keep members.

If someone wants to help out and give a bit of advice please contact me for a user pass to our site. Would be much appreciated

Update at least 2-3 times a week..
Have good and relevant content for the niche...
Nice userfriendly layout...

How much content should be available in archive when a member joins? we got about 40 sets and a bunch of stories and *some* movies available now... (good softcore movies are hard to find!)

What do you call bad rebill %?
If it's below 40% I think it's not good.
Unless you charge $40 or more

I don't think 40 sets are nearly enough unless it is some killer exclusive stuff and the sets are huge and/or very unique.

the sets are about 100 pics each, and pretty high quality.. i think we just need to add more sets yeah
