Its is not my responsibility to have to provide proof of anything. The implications for not knowing what it is you are uploading to your server can be very costly. One only has to use his or her imagination on what will happen if you get your ass in a sling. "I dont know where those pics came from" and "I didn't know how old she was" doesnt cut it.
You are trying to make it seem as though this guy is just uploading pictures of girls, where proof of her age exists, in the form of documentation on file with the producer of the images. This is not the case here, and I am assuming you know damn well it isnt.
I am totally against 2257 law requiring secondary webmasters to hold documentation. Not only will it NOT have the effect to do what it's meant to do, which anyone with intelligence knows is to cut down on the amount of free porn available, but, it also oversteps the rights of everyone, in the form of a tool, used for further persecution of adult content producers, and to continue to chip away to whatever right to free speech we have left. Its obvious they are going to say its to protect the kids. Thats all the mindless majority in our society will respond to. You think they are going to tell the public... "hey, we are actually trying to take away your rights to look at porn"
So again, he is not a guy just uploading pictures where proof would exist, that all those girls are legal. Trying to hide behind the whole 2257 issue, and to think that gives you the right to post whatever you want, not knowing the origin of the material, is not the best business advice I would give him If I was his lawyer, let alone being one of his sponsors who is aware of what he doing and accepts the traffic anyway.

Nor does he own them. Dont tell me he owns those pictures. He has copyright violations all over that site, are you fucking kidding me?? If the girls in those photos are old enough, then it shouldnt be a problem to link to them or display them here. People post pics all day long on this board, you going to tell me they all own those photos, being they are porn or not?

I reccommend people not post any of those photos. However, if it is that important to you to stand up for the guy and put on this charade that what he is doing isn't fucking wrong, then by all means, go grab some galleries and start posting away.

Raven Riley, Kates Playground, and Anna19... (that I know of) to send traffic to Fling.com
clearly violating the T.O.S on all of those sites, thus adding to the suspicion the rest of those images are stolen as well, forget about even trying to prove how old all of those girls are.
If I wanted to be a Net Nanny, I sure as hell could on this one. I have this guys info. Wether or not I have or have not done anything with it, is my own business. Feel free to draw your own conclusions with whatever you think that means. You flamers are pretty good at that it seems.

You are not using your head and thinking about what you are saying.
You dont think it looks bad for the industry to allow people to post stolen images and promote other sites with it? Let alone, accept the traffic from sites that do this? If this fucking guy can get away with it, then it should be a free for all for everybody, and this is the message that is being sent here from all of you flamers that are sticking up for this guy.
This issue isn't something that can be handled queitly. I would like nothing more then to send out a mass email to all my friends and let them know, but this is more appropriate for me.
Again, I have stated before that he promotes many friends of mine, some of who Im surprised would stick there head into this argument and stand up for the guy. I would be sorry to see them or there business partners get cuaght up into something, but there's not much I can do after they were warned to protect themselves and continued to do nothing.
In all honesty, if the industry continues to allow unethical activity, we are all fucked, and its just gives them more ammunition they desperetly need to shut it all down for alot of people, and piss on everyones parade. Im assuming that would include you.
