They are amateur pictures of regular girls. These are not industry girls.

If your program is sponsoring this guy, you might want to check it out and make your own judgment. You probably dont want your program to be associated with this individual. Some of these pics he is posting look pretty illegal to me.

From what I can remember the webmaster is Australian, so 2257 regs don't strictly apply to him. There are local regs to follow but none of the images look to be sexually explicit (I just quickly skimmed them)

However, using a likeness for commercial purposes without a signed release is definitely not legal.

There's also copyright violation to consider.
