LOL... What ever they think they can charge you with they will try... such seems to be the trend down in the US...

I can understand a assault charge, but first-degree felony hate crime charge(s)... shit...

It seems to me if you have someone slap a criminal charge on you in the states, even if its not called for, the state has every reason as to mess up your life because you must be a criminal if a charge is or was there... I wounder what INTERPOL thinks on this matter...

In the VAST majority of these cases, the person knows damn well they're having sex with a pre-op. It's the guilt and sense of shame they feel after, that makes them lash out.

And of course "I didn't know" to try and cover the fact that they participated in an alternative sexuality encounter.

If you get into a fight on the streets with a tranny over a bottle of coke is it a hate crime??? No, no unless you use words that can be construed as being directed against his/her gender, race etc.

Can you imagine what the basis of most hate crime laws came from?
