I can understand a assault charge, but first-degree felony hate crime charge(s)... shit...

It seems to me if you have someone slap a criminal charge on you in the states, even if its not called for, the state has every reason as to mess up your life because you must be a criminal if a charge is or was there... I wounder what INTERPOL thinks on this matter...
