Estibot is the best, try it and see what I mean. The formula is constantly tweaked to reflect the current market. Make sure you use the proper case when you try a name with it. Example would be DomainName.com instead of just entering domainname.com and submitting it.

this guy called me this morning, he got my number from whois on a domain name i have, anyhow, he asked me how much im willing to sell it for ? but i dont know how much it should go for.........its obvosliy worth something if people keep contacting me about it

I dont wanna post the domain name here, but what should i ask for ?

socal-coeds.com is worth 180,000
amateurcleavage.com is worth 79,000

But the 3 milf domains I just picked up
vMilf.com, 4Milf.com, and MilfBox.com, are worth less than 1K combined.

If you don't use the EstiBot tool correctly, don't blame it for poor results. It's still the best free tool out there at the moment and it's pretty damn good in a lot of cases. Make sure the tool completes. If there is an error with any step, you should run it again. A typical error is: "Resource timeout error. Appraisal not reliable "

Ya have to thank you for that one for sure the bbwbj one. Was in your list. Estibot appraised it at 100.00 so kind of funny it drops it to 80.00. Id only sell it if someone gave me a really good offer on it. Im already getting content ready to add it on as a paysite to the network Im buidling atm. I was glad to get it.

Nice even if its only worth 100.00 or 80.00 considering I paid 6.95 for it.

I think the value of the first two domains is ridiculously high. They're basing the value on the traffic and the backlinks, not on the keywords or domain length etc.
If I sold the domain the traffic and incoming links would dry up in a matter of months, so it's not the domain itself that's worth money.

I think the value of the first two milf domains is too low, with 4milf being pretty close to accurate from estibots, with leapfish being too high.

On bbwbj.com, I think estibot is a bit low, but leapfish is ridiculously high again.

I'm no expert on domain values, but these automated appraisals are so all over the place that you can't even get a ballpark estimate by using them IMO. It makes alot of people think they have a 6 figure domain portfolio when in reality most of their domains aren't worth much more than the registrar renewal fee.

A domain is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.

It's all about the branding.

Sure it would be preferable to own milf.com instead of milfhunter.com, or milfseeker.com...but the owners of the latter sites aren't exactly hurting for money either
