This, I would assume, is a touchy subject when it comes to certain aspects of the obscenity laws etc throughout international sites, free or not I suppose.

I remember after one of the recent conventions, someone linking, http://www.lawrencewalters.com and saying something about the "insinuation" - it being as illegal as actual porn, I believe.

Was around the same time there were threads regarding faked pics. Like lets say the Britney pics of her with tits or getting fucked etc... that if she was 16 in the pics, and you put tits on them, it was just as illegal.

Of course I cant find the threads now.... will look more shortly.

That is not true anymore...the supreme court ruled that virtual child porn is protected speech being that their are no "real victims."

there is so much being "insinuated" on various sites, but insinuating a fantasy and acting out in reality are two different things.

Right and as stated in that article wrriten by LW the miller test is still in effect and a s h c r o f t will just go after people saying that anything that depicts minors even though they are 18+ will be challenged as obscene based upon community standards.

It will be a financial war then, they'll just try to make it where it's not financially feasible to be involved in this biz, especially the LEGAL teen/lolita aspect of it.

I am not on the boards much but I saw this and will make a quick statement defending the clubseventeen site.

Clubseventeen has been around long before the internet. It has been a popular name brand of a magazine featuring 17 year old models... which is legal in the areas they were selling their magazine. When they brought their popular name to the net they made sure only to post girls over 18. This is why they are an exception. Their initial intentions were not to try to insinuate underage girls... they tried to bring a big name to the net but they had to make sure they only posted girls over 18 and state that on their site.

If you make a site called only13.com and have nude photos of girls 18+, you will probably get in trouble for insinuating the girls are under 18. You will not be an exception.

Most webmasters promoting clubseventeen do insinuate, on purpose or not, that the girls are 17. It would be dificult to promote that site without insinuating but it can be done and be very profitable.

I am not sure if I remember all this correctly. But this is what I heard (I believe from clubseventeen) a few years ago.

Clubseventeen has been around long before the internet. It has been a popular name brand of a magazine featuring 17 year old models... which is legal in the areas they were selling their magazine. When they brought their popular name to the net they made sure only to post girls over 18. This is why they are an exception. Their initial intentions were not to try to insinuate underage girls... they tried to bring a big name to the net but they had to make sure they only posted girls over 18 and state that on their site. If you make a site called only13.com and have nude photos of girls 18+, you will probably get in trouble for insinuating the girls are under 18. You will not be an exception. Most webmasters promoting clubseventeen do insinuate, on purpose or not, that the girls are 17. It would be dificult to promote that site without insinuating but it can be done and be very profitable. I am not sure if I remember all this correctly. But this is what I heard (I believe from clubseventeen) a few years ago.

Posts: 53	why is that funny? sometimes some over-moneyed asshole will hear or read something they do not like and try to squash it under a pile of money (lawyers, influence, etc) or a large corporation will pay a judge or two so some small joe can't speak his piece i think that is the exception, rather than the rule as for "what do i do", well, mostly i work construction. i have zero respect for white-collar workers. someone can shuffle papers and shave 2% off their companies operational costs for a year. big deal i can call the food out of the ground, hunt it out of the woods, and build the house that some fat loser sits in borrowing and lending, driving the value of my dollars down the way my grandfather told it to me, and the way i still believe, is this: back in the day of the family farm and family business, there was always a mama's boy who couldn't work in the fields with the men. he got sent to the house to count the stock and do the bookwork after a while, the mamas boy realized he could juggle the numbers in his favor, and "management" was born
