Two honest questions. How oversold are the servers that you're putting these packages on? And what is your server resources use policy?

Two honest answers. We have been working on this type of setup for a long time. We are not overselling our servers. Dreamhost told me the same the same thing until I started sending my sites serious traffic - then all of a sudden, I was blamed for pulling the server down and they kept killing my sites. You see apparently, I was entitled to almost 4 TB of bandwidth, and unlimited resources - I mean all i'm serving is images and HTML and a little bit of CGI/PHP - how could this be?

All i'm saying is buyer beware - you WILL get what you pay for - every host promises the world, but when the shit hits the fan, you'll be the one trying to migrate your sites onto another provider and paying more in the end.

Plans like this are perfect for people who are just fucking around - if your serious and getting huge traffic, don't bother - you will end up regretting it.

Yes, I understand and know of many of these types of stories. You could have had possibly even just one php or cgi script that is poorly written and using resources ineffectively. The difference with us is that we aren't just going to term your account. We will go over with you exactly what scripts are causing the issues, work with you to get them either corrected and get it working properly, or it maybe infact you are using too many resources for virtual hosting and we would recommed moving to dedicated, etc. again working with you every step of the way. Point is that, we are NOT Dream Host. Yes, we are offering a large amount, but its only an amount that we know we can provide, not something outrageous. We have no intensions of changing our levels of customer service. We have build our reputation on our personalized service and that will never change
