Dreamhost told me the same the same thing until I started sending my sites serious traffic - then all of a sudden, I was blamed for pulling the server down and they kept killing my sites. You see apparently, I was entitled to almost 4 TB of bandwidth, and unlimited resources - I mean all i'm serving is images and HTML and a little bit of CGI/PHP - how could this be?
All i'm saying is buyer beware - you WILL get what you pay for - every host promises the world, but when the shit hits the fan, you'll be the one trying to migrate your sites onto another provider and paying more in the end.
Plans like this are perfect for people who are just fucking around - if your serious and getting huge traffic, don't bother - you will end up regretting it.
