theres a few out there mostly youtube clones that i came a cross a bunch of the others are ugly and a pain in the ass to mod.
i'd just use one of the control sets thats bundled with the flash video encoder and do a graphic container for the flash. or if you are half way decent with AS you can create custom skins but again it's a pain in the ass
