Actually, technically it is:

Members' Area.

Assuming you have more than one member, and the area belongs to them.

Hmm... Always thought the correct version is "Member Area", or at least "Members' Area" (note the apostrophe there), but I also had 3 (an equivalent of US "C") in English grammar when I was learning it in Russian school

The area put aside for all your members is definitely the members' area. However, if you only have one member it would be the member's area.

Although grammatically correct, I don't see many sites using the apostrophe as it does look a bit untidy...
